Sometimes a big coaching journey isn't for everyone. In these instances, a one-off consulting session is more suitable for you. Sessions usually take 1.5 - 2 hours and are perfect if you need help with making a decision, need advice or guidance, or help in moving forward from an obstacle or difficult situation.

I understand that life happens and things can happen unexpectantly, but please try and give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
