Making the decision to work with a life coach is not usually something to leap into lightly. The investment of time, money and emotional energy that a coaching series needs takes research and careful consideration. This complimentary call will give us an opportunity to talk in depth about what you can achieve from a coaching series and what your goals are likely to be. We can discuss the areas of your life you would like to create change. It is a chance to get to know each other and discover if we are aligned for your coaching journey. You might have questions for me, such as: "What can I achieve from coaching?" "Will this be just like counselling?" "Will I be judged?" "Will it be worth my time and money?" "Will she be easy to talk to?" This call gives you a chance to see me in 'coaching action', connect and ascertain if you feel comfortable, supported and inspired to undertake a coaching series with me. After you have booked a complimentary clarity call, I will send you a questionnaire. It contains some inspiring questions and is designed to help you get to know yourself better and what you think you would most like to get out of coaching. Please know that there is no obligation at any stage to commit to anything, until you decide what feels right for you.
