Why?

Ever since experiencing life coaching for myself, I have wanted others to feel the same way I did. More confident, positive, motivated and happy. It was during one session that I had the thought "This is what I want to do! This is what I NEED to do!"

I want to help and support people to live their dream life, boost their self-confidence and develop a positive mindset and sense of wellbeing.

My instincts were telling me that this was my new path in life. I was so excited!

Who?

I did some research into couses and training, but couldn't find one that felt right. I wanted it to be thorough and a recognised qualification. A friend of mine told me she had trained as a life coach with the
